Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website but sometimes this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore to discontinue any item from this website and change prices as and when necessary.
Prices are shown with and without VAT.
VAT is not charged to items that are being shipped to countries outside the European Union, or on children’s clothing.
Please note that the sizes (to fit) indicated for our garments are approximate and for guidance only.
All Special Offers are only valid as long as stocks last.
With General Data Protection Legislation coming into effect on the 25 May 2018 Cool Equestrian has embraced this by auditing how we collect and store data. Cool Equestrian only collects the information that it needs in order to send out the items that you have brought from us. Cool Equestrian share the details with Parcelforce our current delivery provider who will have their own audited process for retaining data, if we do not share with them you will not get your lovely things!
Cool currently collect customers name, address, email address and phone number. IP addresses are stored but cannot be accessed from the current interface. Card details for payments are not stored.
These details then remain within the invoice on the website. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THESE DETAILS SOLD ON. Up until now Cool have used the email addresses to send out products and promotions of interest. Under the new legislation we have to ask your permission again to send out any information. You will see an email from us if you are a previous customer.
If you wish to know what information Cool equestrian holds about you please email [email protected] who will gladly assist and advise. You have the right to have your details deleted from our systems if you so wish and Louise can deal with this aspect too.
We are in the process of adapting our website so that as a customer you have the option to give us permission to contact you in the future. However while this is under construction you will be emailed personally to ask if you would like to be sent information.

Shipping and Handling
It is our policy to only cover the costs of shipping and the charge depends upon the shipping destination. Please see the section postage, to see the costs for each country. VAT will be excluded for orders from outside the EU which are being delivered outside the EU.
Our delivery service will require signature on delivery and will attempt delivery to your specified delivery address. If you are not available the delivery may be delivered to a local post office for collection. If you give us your e-mail address you will be able to track the parcel progress yourself.
Delivery Schedule: If goods are in stock, despatch will be the same day, if your order has been received before 2pm. Within the UK we use parcelforce and the post office, and the goods will be on a 3 – 5 day service, unless a next day service has been requested. If the goods are not in stock you will be informed immediately – keeping the customer informed of what is happening is very important to us at Cool Equestrian. We try and keep our website up to date with all sizes and colours in stock, but sometimes due to demand the stock levels are depleted, but we will inform you immediately if something is not in stock, and you may have a full refund if the delivery schedule does not achieve your requirements.
Tax Charges: For those within the European Union, the prices will include VAT. All goods shown on the Internet will show prices including and excluding VAT. For orders made outside the UK VAT will be excluded. This will automatically happen, dependent upon destination.
Credit Card: We use secure payment system via Worldpay, we do not have the ability to view any of your card details, all the details are encrypted. We have the ability to view the amount paid, and to refund, but not to take additional money. Therefore your security is assured.

Returns Policy: It is the purchasers obligation to ensure the goods are returned to Cool Equestrian, and we suggest that they are fully insured, as this will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Cool Equestrian will not refund postage of returned goods, unless they are found to be faulty, and in which case we will refund postage.
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective material or poor workmanship should be returned for our inspection immediately, and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28 days must be allowed for the manufacturer to comment and get back to ourselves. At this point the manufacturer may rectify the goods if they have been already used, or may replace. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you would have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified claims.
Any goods which do not meet with your expectations must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition with the original tags. The only time this will not be possible is if it is a customised product such as boots or a made to measure jacket, or if the item is a sale item. If you do want to exchange or refund the item, please ensure it is sent back to us within the 14 days. If a refund is required a full refund will be given less any external charges incurred which will be the original postage fee.
Customised products and special “non stock” items that are specifically ordered are non-returnable. A refund cannot be given on sale items, but they can be exchanged for other items.
In every case of return, returns must be clearly marked "Goods Returned to Vendor" on the parcel and on customs documentation if declaration is required. Failure to comply with the above returns guidelines may result in you incuring customs and carrier handling charges on entry to the UK, if returning goods from overseas. Any costs incurred by Cool Equestrian will be deducted from the refund.
If you would like to exchange or replace the products, please put in a note with the returned parcel, specifying whether you would like a refund, or that you would like the goods replaced with a different colour or size. You will have to pay the our additional shipping costs to resend the parcel to you.
